RIPPED KIT always ships on or by the 10th of every month via Royal Mail, so your box will arrive 2 to 3 working days later using our free Standard shipping, or faster if you choose Express shipping, usually 1 to 3 working days, the cost of which is added to the price you pay.
If you are an international customer, you will receive your box later in the month.
You can track your order easily using Shopify's Shop App.
NOTE: If you place your 1st order after the 1st of the month, your 1st box will ship on or by the 10th of the following month, however, you will not be billed twice.

Standard shipping is FREE within the UK using Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Express shipping is £3.85 within the UK using Royal Mail 1st Class.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country - RIPPED KIT is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 calendar days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number and we will investigate.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your box you can return it to us at for a refund within 28 days from the day you receive it.
If the contents of the box is unused and in its original condition we will refund the full order amount.
This is in accordance with the UK's Consumer Contract Regulations 2014.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in a way that is unacceptable to you, or is in a condition unacceptable to you, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
