Refunds & Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your box after you receive it, excluding damage to the box itself, you can return it to us for a refund within 28 days from the day you receive it, however, you must pay for the return postage.
If the contents of the box is unused and in their original condition, excluding damage to the box itself, we will refund the full order amount.
This is in accordance with the UK's Consumer Contract Regulations 2014.

Damages
In the event that your order arrives damaged in a way that is unacceptable to you, or is otherwise in a condition unacceptable to you, please email us as soon as possible at support@ripped-kit.co.uk with your name, order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We investigate these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to resolve the matter.
Please note that we cannot cancel or provide refunds for orders that have already been shipped other than in the above circumstances.
