Shipping policy
Notifications
You will receive an email to confirm your order and, for our Monthly Box and Monthly Gift Boxes only, another email with some important information about your order.
You will also receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping is free within the UK using Royal Mail 2nd Class.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to the following locations, unless you are on a legacy subscription, for a flat rate of £9.98.
- Europe (most countries)
- USA
- Canada
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country - RIPPED KIT is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Local Delivery
We do not currently offer local delivery.
Local Collection
We do not currently offer local collection.
Shipping Times
You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped.
Our Single Box and Single Gift Box ship on the next business day and our Monthly Box and Monthly Gift Boxes ship on or by the 10th of every month, all via Royal Mail, and your order will usually take 2 to 4 business days to arrive using our free Standard shipping.
If you are an international customer, you should receive your order in 6 to 7 business days, although it can take longer.
If your order has tracking, you can keep an eye on it using Shopify's Shop App.
NOTE: You are billed for your 1st Monthly Box when you subscribe and then on the 20th of each month for every order after that. If you place your 1st order after the 1st of the month, your 1st Monthly Box will ship on or by the 10th of the following month, however, you will not be billed twice.

Order Status
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
If your order has tracking, you can keep an eye on it using Shopify's Shop App.
If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 10 calendar days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email us at support@ripped-kit.co.uk or send us a message using our contact form with your name and order number and we will investigate.
Shipping Address
If the shipping address changes, please update us as soon as possible - you can do this in your account or by emailing us at support@ripped-kit.co.uk or sending us a message using our contact form.
If you update the shipping address or ask us to update the shipping address after the 1st of the month then your order will be shipped to your previous shipping address.
Refunds & Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your box after you receive it you can return it to us for a refund within 28 days from the day you receive it, however, you must pay for the return postage.
If the contents of the box is unused and in their original condition, excluding damage to the box itself, we will refund the full order amount.
This is in accordance with the UK's Consumer Contract Regulations 2014.

Damages
In the event that your order arrives damaged in a way that is unacceptable to you, or is otherwise in a condition unacceptable to you, please email us as soon as possible at support@ripped-kit.co.uk with your name, order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We investigate these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to resolve the matter.
Please note that we cannot cancel or provide refunds for orders that have already been shipped other than in the above circumstances.
